- General Note
- Advisor Howard Hoyt for the MSUG Police Administration Division sends regular correspondences and report updates to Advisor Wesley Fishel from April to July, 1956. The subjects of Hoyt's reports include equipment acquisition, training on police equipment, building construction, driving attitudes and problems, a meeting with the Minister of Interior, visiting officials and personnel, hiring of personnel, personal expenditures, Civil Guard administration and problems, financing and personnel for training, and general administration.
