Advisor Howard Hoyt for the MSUG Police Administration Division sends regular correspondences and report updates to Advisor Wesley Fishel from August to July, 1956. In his letters, Hoyt discusses all manner of division administration, including equipment acquisition, training on police equipment, traffic reforms, visiting officials and personnel, financing and personnel, and administration in the Civil Guard, the Records Bureau, the VBI, and the Municipal Police. �A;
