General Note
Acting Chief Jack Ryan of the MSUG Police Administration Division writes to Chief Advisor Wesley Fishel from June to August, 1957. Ryan discusses the progress of the police program, reorganization of the VBI, the creation of a Central Identification Division and a criminal records bureau, equipment and building acquisition, creating of training programs, administration of the Gendarmerie and Civil Guard, housing needs, and comments on the recent Police Administration Report of May, 1957.
