- General Note
- Advisor Howard Hoyt for the MSUG Police Administration Division sends regular correspondences and report updates to Advisor Wesley Fishel from January to May, 1957. In his letters, Hoyt discusses all manner of division administration, including traffic reforms and violations, upcoming visiting officials and personnel, distribution of Turner's crime laboratory report, equipment acquisition, training on police equipment, financing and personnel, and administration in the Civil Guard, the Records Bureau, the VBI, and the Municipal Police.
