- General Note
- Advisor Howard Hoyt for the MSUG Police Administration Division sends regular correspondences and report updates to Advisor Wesley Fishel from throughout September, 1957. In his letters, Hoyt discusses division administration, including Ralph Turner's role in the program, the schedule of the Civil Guard School, the Colombo Conference, installation of telephone equipment at the conference, and the resignation of Nguyen Van Ngoc.
