- Survey reports are compiled from a number of cities in An Gian province, including Can Tho, Rach Gia, Ha Tien, Long Xuyen, and Chau Doc. The surveys are taken by police advisors with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division to determine the training and equipment needs of local police stations.
