- General Note
- Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division submit a report of their survey field trip taken December 9-12, 1957. Melvin Handville and George Kimball visited and studied police administration in An Xuyen and Ba Xuyen provinces. They discuss security organization, equipment, training, and operations.
