General Note: Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division write a report following a field trip to the provinces of Darlac, Pleiku, and Kontum. The purposes of the trip were to discuss training problems within the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation, to examine American Aid equipment, to ascertain communications equipment requirements and road conditions, and to gain an understanding of security conditions.
