- General Note
- Police advisors for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group George Kimball and Carl Rumpf submit a report following their field trip to Gia Dinh city in Gia Dinh province. The report discusses demonstrations of equipment, the purpose of the trip, local geography and population figures, and discussions about administration of local police and security services ââ¬â including buildings, budget, personnel, patrols, uniforms, training, transportation, and equipment. There is a Vietnamese translation of the weapons lists.
