- Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division write a field trip report following their visits to offices of the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation in the provinces of Darlac, Pleiku, and Kontum. The stated purposes of the trip are to discuss training problems, examine American Aid equipment and road and security conditions.
