A report is written following a field trip with USOM and MSUG to Ban Me Thuot. The report is prefaced by an unknown author's comments on the field trip and the trip's generally unsatisfactory nature due to travel arrangements and poor interpersonal skills when conducting interviews with local officials. The report contains the findings of these interviews of local security forces.
