General Note: Police advisors for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group George Kimball and Melvin Handville submit a report following their trip to the city of Cao Lanh in Kien Phong province. The report discusses demonstrations of equipment, the purpose of the trip, local geography and population figures, and discussions about administration of local police and security services Ã¢â¬â including buildings, budget, personnel, patrols, uniforms, training, transportation, and equipment.
