- Police advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group Jack Ryan conducts and interview with the local Tan An Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation brigade chief Phan Van Son. They discuss local geography and population figures, means of transportation, political leanings, and internal administration of the VBI. This includes information on personnel, buildings, office equipment, communications facilities, firearms and ammunition, records and reports, and needs.
