- Ralph Turner of MSUG and Arthur Brandstatter, Director of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety, correspond from mid-July to the end of September, 1959. They discusspersonnel contracts, resignations, and visits, problems with Howard Hoyt's administration tactics, general future plans of the division, public dissatisfaction with MSU, lack of information about the Participant Training Program, Turner's travel experiences, new tentative training courses for police administration, and family matters.
