- Ralph Turner of MSUG and Arthur Brandstatter, Director of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety, correspond from the middle to the end of March, 1960. The majority of their correspondence concerns personnel contracts, resignations, and visits, but they also discuss the effectiveness of the Participant Training Program and the transferal of duties to USOM and the phasing out of the program.
