General Note: Ralph Turner of MSUG and Arthur Brandstatter, Director of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety, correspond throughout April, 1960. The majority of their correspondence concerns personnel contracts, resignations, and visits, but they also discuss public opinion of the project, the transferal of duties to USOM and the continuation of the program, the progress of the Participant Training Program, worsening security conditions, and general administration.
