General Note: Ralph Turner of MSUG and Arthur Brandstatter, Director of the MSU School of Police Administration and Public Safety, correspond throughout September and October, 1960. The majority of their correspondence concerns personnel contracts, resignations, and visits, but they also discuss report submissions, relations with USOM, personal family updates, faculty equipment purchases and distribution, the morale of MSUG staff, and brief updates from the Identification Bureau, the Municipal Police, the National Police Academy, and the Surete.
