William Standard of the New York Bar writes a piece by the title, "United States Intervention in Vietnam is Not Legal," with the sub-description, "Mr. Standard asserts that the United States intervention in Vietnam violates the Charter of the United Nations, the Geneva Accords of 1954, the SEATO treaty, and our own Constitution. He urges a cease-fire of at least six months' duration'..."
