- On behalf of the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group, Milton Taylor writes a report on the taxation of income in Vietnam. The report is divided into three sections: description, analysis, and recommendations. Taylor describes the history of income taxation, taxation on salaries, wages, agricultural, commercial, and business profits, and taxation on dividends and interest. The report then analyses assessments and collections, income tax deductions, comparative tax burdens, and administration. Finally, Taylor makes recommendations on tax administration and policy.
