- Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division create a report on the American Police, which discusses administration at the FBI, the State Police, the Highway Patrol, and the Departments of Justice, Treasury, and Post Office. The report then goes into available films and publications for police training, direct dollar aid, piaster funds, fingerprint training, police training centers, and types of courses offered.
