General Note
Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group author a field trip report on the provinces of central Vietnam, including Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Thua Thien, and Quang Tri. For each province, the report discusses the officials involved, vehicle driven, and the objectives of the trip. A brief explanation of their encounters in each province follows.
