General Note: Meeting minutes are recorded for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Planning Group for the period from July to December, 1959. The minutes discuss updates from individual members in their divisions. The majority of the minutes relate to personnel visits and contracts, as well as relations with USOM and the Vietnamese government. Some other subjects are equipment acquisitions, progress of the Participant Training Program, propaganda measures, construction projects, and general administration of MSUG.
