- General Note
- Communications Advisor for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Division Lyman Rundlett writes a report on police communications in the country. The report deals with matters of scope, influences, organization, personnel, and finance. More specifically, the report delves into communication equipment needs for the municipal police in Saigon, Dalat, Hue, Danang, Nha Trang, Cantho, and other cities, as well as at the Vietnamese Bureau of Investigation. Rundlett also discusses personnel training and requirements.
