General Note: Meeting minutes are recorded for the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Planning Group for the period from May to December, 1960. The minutes discuss updates from individual members in their divisions. The majority of the minutes relate to personnel visits and contracts, as well as recent meetings and relations with USOM and the Vietnamese government. Some other subjects are equipment acquisitions, progress of the Participant Training Program, construction projects, recent conferences, and general administration of MSUG.
