General Note: Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group's Police Administration Program create a summary of their activities up to May 16, 1960. The summary covers the activities of the Civil Guard, Surete, Municipal Police, the training section, traffic section, fingeprint identification, communications, the crime detection laboratory, the record bureau, the National Identification Card Program, the Participant Training Program, construction, and American aid equipment. There are also sections for future MSU plans up to 1962 and an evaluation of the project.
