General Note: Personnel with the Michigan State University Vietnam Advisory Group and the National Institute of Administration write a book on, "Scientific Management." The table of contents splits the book into three sections: organization, training, and recommended reading. The book itself is in both English and Vietnamese, with translations for every page. The subject matters include "the what, who and why of management," the scientific approach to management, principle and functions of management, training, and instructing.
