General Note: A photograph is taken for a fund raising campaign to build a new school in the village of Gia Kiem after the original building was destroyed in a fire. The caption on the image reads, "Mr. Herbert C. Roberts and Dr. Wesley R. Fishel of the Michigan State University Group in Saigon, Vietnam, discuss the fund raising campaign recently sponsored by Michigan State University Group personnel in Vietnam. Roberts was chairman of the campaign which raised over 12,000 piasters to build a new school for a refugee village destroyed by fire."
