A photograph is taken of Michigan State University president John Hannah speaking with Vietnamese ambassador Tran Van Chuong and his wife. A caption on the reverse of the image reads, "President John A. Hannah of Michigan State University, right, talks to Tran Van Chuong, Vietnamese ambassador to the United States, and his wife during their visit to M.S.U. in May, 1955 to speak to members of the M.S.U. Vietnam mission."
