- A photograph is taken of a man adjusting some electrical equipment. He is identified as A. Y. Cottrell on the reverse of the image, and the bottom caption reads, "Tuning motorola radio station at V.B.I. hdqtrs in Dalat for security use during Colombo conference. Bieu hoa may vo-tuyen-dien Motorola tai tru-so Cong-An Dalat de dung trong viec giu gin an-ninh trong thoi gian nhom hop hoi-nghi Colombo."
