A letter from Charles C. Killingsworth, Coordinator and Economics Advisor of the Michigan State University Group, to MSU President John A. Hannah. Killingsworth urges President Hannah to increase the number of police recruits for the Vietnam Project, in order to avoid scrutiny from the Embassy, the Military Assistance Advisory Group (MAAG), and the United States Operations Mission (USOM).
