A letter from Charles C. Killingsworth, Coordinator of the Vietnam Project, to MSU President John A. Hannah. Killingsworth references a draft of a letter to Val Peterson, Administrator in the Federal Civil Defense Administration in Washington, D.C., in which Peterson is asked to grant a leave of absence to an employee (Royse Williams), so that he may provide technical expertise to the Vietnamese government.
