MSUG Coordinator Stanley Sheinbaum writes to Glen Taggart and Ralph Smuckler from Dacca, Pakistan with well-articulated concerns about the direction of the Vietnam Project. His letter is in parts, written on different days, and half of page 6 is missing. The subject matter concerns lack of organizational direction within the project, compounded by morale issues among personnel.
