General Note / OCR

A letter from Edward W. Weidner, Head of the MSU Political Science department, to MSU President John A. Hannah. Weidner suggests to President Hannah that two contracts with MSU (one with the Government of Vietnam, one with the Foreign Operations Administration (FOA)) would be more effective than a contract with the Vietnamese Government and a letter of commitment by the FOA to the college. Weidner goes on to discuss salary and housing negotiations for the MSU staff in Vietnam.
