- Letter from MSU President John A. Hannah to Harold E. Stassen, Director of the Foreign Operations Administration (FOA) in Washington, D.C. President Hannah introduces Stassen to Edward W. Weidner, head of the Political Science department at MSU, and discusses two contracts that Weidner has written: one between MSU and the Government of Vietnam, and one between MSU and the FOA.
