- Letter from MSU President John A. Hannah to General J. Lawton Collins, Special Representative of the United States in Vietnam at the American Embassy in Saigon. President Hannah thanks Collins for a letter recognizing Wesley Fishel's services in the Vietnam Project, and urges Collins to write about anything that MSU can do to help the government expedite preparing a contract to cover the program for certain services in Vietnam.
