- A letter is sent from Dean Glen Taggart of Michigan State University's International Programs to MSUG Coordinator Wesley Fishel to discuss Fishel's intentions of staying with the Vietnam Project an additional year. Taggart cautions Fishel to make the decision carefully and to return to MSU's campus to talk in person.
