- General Note
- A letter from Julius J. Kessler, Assistant Director in the Office of Contract Relations at the International Cooperation Administration (ICA) in Washington, D.C., to Edward W. Weidner, Coordinator of the Michigan State University Group (MSUG). Kessler writes a letter of intent for Weidner to continue with the MSUG, and to revise the group's contract to include additional staffing and salary. Weidner encourages MSU President John A. Hannah to write a formal letter of acceptance to Kessler. Hannah, in turn, writes to thank Kessler for extending the technical services contract another year.
