General Note / OCR

A letter from Arthur F. Brandstatter, Michigan State University Group (MSUG) Police Administration Advisor (writing from Rome, Italy), to MSU president John A. Hannah. Brandstatter indicates that he is traveling back to the U.S. after a two-week stay in Saigon. He reports to Hannah that he feels the MSUG was well received, from South Vietnamese president Diem down. Brandstatter also encourages Hannah to visit Saigon soon.
