General Note: A letter from Nguyen Quang Tranh, Rector of the National University of Vietnam, to Mr. Espinosa, Chief of the Professional Activities Division of the International Educational Exchange Service in Washington, D.C. Rector Tranh requests to Mr. Espinosa that five professors in varying specialties be sent to Vietnam to assist in educating at the National University of Vietnam. Tranh also indicates that two American professors have volunteered their expertise.
