- A letter from Ralph H. Smuckler, Chief Advisor to the Vietnam Project, to Glen L. Taggart, Dean of International Programs at MSU. Smuckler discusses developments regarding assistance to the Vietnam Project from representatives of New York University. Smuckler also encourages Taggart to visit Saigon (preferably in January 1959), and hopes that Alfred L. Seelye (Dean of the College of Business and Public Service at MSU; successor to Herman Wyngarden) will join him.�A;�A;The first page is a letter from Taggart to MSU President John A. Hannah, enclosing a copy of the correspondence.
