General Note
A letter from MSU president John A. Hannah to South Vietnamese president Ngo Dinh Diem. Hannah remarks on a gift of a picture given to him by Vu Quoc Thong, Director of the National Institute of Administration in Saigon, during a recent visit to the campus of Michigan State University. Hannah goes on to offer the university's continued support to Diem, and the Government of Vietnam.
