- General Note
- A letter from John A. Hannah, president of MSU, to Arthur Z. Gardiner, Director of the United States Operations Mission (USOM) in Saigon. Based on a draft letter from Stanley K. Sheinbaum, Michigan State University Group (MSUG) Coordinator, Hannah expresses his disappointment that he could not be at MSU during the time of Gardiner's recent visit, and his confidence that the exchanges Gardiner did have with other MSU faculty helped enhance programs and relations between the U.S. and Vietnam. Gardiner, in reply, shows his appreciation for the opportunity to meet with Glen Taggart, Stanley Sheinbaum, and Leslie Fisher (Wesley Fishel).
