- Sheinbaum reports on the South East Asia and Regional Education meeting of members of the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) on May 15, 1959. Topics included discussions of support from memorandums from December 1958 and January 1959, authored by Frank Trager (a professor of international affairs at NYU), including the utilization of the Southeast Asia Universities Association (SAUA) to help with MSU's Saigon operations. Sheinbaum forwards the memorandum to MSU president Hannah.
