General Note: A series of newspaper articles written by Albert M. Colegrove, journalist for Scripps-Howard Newspapers. Between July 20-25, 1959, Colegrove wrote scathing articles about the mismanagement of American monetary aid to Vietnam. Michigan State University Group (MSUG) Coordinator Stanley Sheinbaum attached copies of the articles to a letter to MSU president Hannah, indicating that they had been creating "considerable stir in the last few days".
