- General Note
- Glen L. Taggart, Dean of International Programs wrote to MSU president Hannah to inform him that he was leaving Saigon for Pakistan, and had made the necessary arrangements to return Ralph Smuckler to MSU, with Lloyd Musolf taking over as MSU Group Chief Advisor. Taggart makes positive remarks about the National Institute of Administration (NIA) in Saigon, citing greater involvement with the Vietnamese people and their problems. He goes on to inform Hannah of the implementation of a business administration program at the NIA.
