General Note
Smuckler indicates to Sheinbaum that he has read a series of disparaging articles by columnist Albert Colegrove regarding American aid to Vietnam. Smuckler points out inconsistencies in Colegrove's statements, and justifies assistance by the Michigan State University Group (MSUG) and the resources the group provides. Sheinbaum passes Smuckler's memo on to MSU president Hannah.
