General Note: John Dorsey, Advisor for the Michigan State University Groups Public Administration Division makes a correction to statement that was reported to have been said by him in a Vietnam Advisory Committee meeting on December 12, 1960. The statement regarded Ralph Turner's proposals for police administration courses for addition into the National Institute of Administration's curriculum. Ruben Austin shares the memo with MSU president Hannah.
