General Note
Vietnam Advisory Group Chief Advisor Lloyd Musolf informs MSU president Hannah of meetings he had with South Vietnamese president Ngo Dinh Diem, and how Diem wished for Musolf to act as a messenger in order to relay Diem's personal thoughts on the (then) current state of the Government of Vietnam, and his views on strained relations between MSU and the United States Operations Mission (USOM).
