General Note
Lloyd Musolf, Chief Advisor to the Vietnam Advisory Group, writes to Group Coordinator Ruben Austin about prospects for the future of the group. Musolf expresses uncertainty about the futures of the National Institute of Administration (NIA) and the presence of MSU in Vietnam. Austin shares the memo with MSU president Hannah, and agrees to inform MSU Deans Taggart and Seelye as well.
