General Note
MSU president John Hannah writes to South Vietnam president Ngo Dinh Diem shortly after a recent failed coup attempt in his country. Hannah expresses his relief that Diem's government emerged stronger than before, and goes on to offer up the counsel and friendship of professor Wesley Fishel.
